Our Story

FIND was created by a team of professionals who came together through years of experience in human services, all sharing the same goal—to provide support that truly makes a difference. With backgrounds in child welfare, social work, education, conflict resolution, program operations, and law—and all having started as Direct Support Professionals—they understand both the system and the real-life needs of the people they serve. Their work is also shaped by personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, as well as a strong appreciation for different cultures gained through travel and lived experience.

Each founder brings something unique: one is quick-witted and finds solutions even in tough moments, another connects easily with people and leads with heart, and another brings wisdom, structure, and a strong focus on doing things the right way. After years of working in the field (and more than a few long conversations over coffee), they decided to build their own agency—one grounded in respect, compassion, and practical support that truly helps people live meaningful lives.
